Ummm...I have heard this bit about how he plans to create and save jobs for the middle class...and my business degree is telling me that's not enough...unless he plans to increase gov't spending in order to allot more gov't contracts.
Oh...
and I might be alone, but I feel that the homeowners that need assistance are just as reckless and irresponsible as the lenders...so really...why bail either out?

Keli, I understand your point. But the problem is their irresponsibility does affect us (wel at least me). According to my 401k I've lost about 29% in the last few days (big number - much larger than the percentage of my tax dollars that will be used for the rescue). Unless drastic things are done, it will continue to drop. Sucks, I agree, but in the end I'm also looking out for my bottom line as well.
