Celebration in Washington, DC
These youtube videos still make me cry (can't believe it's been a week since election day). Here are the crowds that were outside on Election Night. Fun times. And check the diversity. I am SO proud to be an American right now!

What's there to do in DC in twelve hours? I'm looking into chartering a bus to see Obama take the oath. We'll only be in town from 7am to 7pm. What are the definate must sees.
When are you coming this way uglyblackjohn? For the inauguration? I'd say definitely hit up U Street (nice restaurants and lounges), Adams Morgan (again nice shops and bars). But if you're here for the inauguration, you should probably start camping out downtown early - you won't have much time in general to do much else but party in the street with millions of other people.
